My supervisor had been grooming me to take over his position for months as he transitioned to a commercial HVAC provider, but i had been a junior HVAC repairman for several years and worked with multiple professionals in the HVAC business, but my supervisor is beneficial and has an admirable grasp of the ever-evolving HVAC technology, but there is a phrase he would consistently say, “care for the devices, plus they will care for you.” The term made so much sense when advising clients on the importance of correct HVAC maintenance.
It was a joy working with our supervisor.
Before the HVAC professional left, the boss announced that I would take over at the meeting. Part of my job description involved managing the incoming team of techs. They were a team of seven. Our first job was an HVAC replacement. The homeowner had made the last change to the new HVAC equipment. The homeowner now wanted the same quality HVAC from a weird HVAC brand. I delegated multiple works to the team. The latest member would install the digital thermostat but under our supervision. In no time we had completed installing the quality HVAC equipment. The HVAC machine would help with indoor comfort.
