After the first year, My wife kept reminding me that we should ask about enrolling into the HVAC service plan since we appreciated their home services. So I finally asked the HVAC professional when he came out, and he seemed to be happy about it. He told us some of the benefits like priority scheduling and they even had a plan where they could change our air filters every quarter. I felt I could change my own air filters just fine, but I did go for the basic maintenance plan which also covers up to 4 repairs per year, which gives me peace of mind. My wife jokes with me sometimes saying how we should have got that service plan long ago, but I actually am happy with how we did things. We got to know the people we are dealing with.
