Eventually, I learned how to keep the headaches away

It wasn’t too long ago when I was experiencing regular headaches everyday and the pain was hard to deal with.

This was especially hard for me because I’m unable to take regular headache medicine without becoming nauseous.

I’m not sure what changed in my system, I used to take headache medicine and it would work. Then as I became older, I would literally vomit whenever taking the medicine. I learned from my doctor that this does happen to people, and then they need to seek alternative medicines to ease their pain. He recommended medical cannabis, and surprisingly that has helped a lot. Now if I’m feeling a severe migraine, I enjoy some cannabis and relax in my room with the perfect temperature control settings. Usually when I crank the AC system in the summer, my headaches are able to calm down. In the winter, I’ll have the heating system working just right and usually I’ll have the fan working. I think the white noise from the fan helps a lot with soothing my headache pains. Recently though, I determined that I had high blood pressure. It seemed to me that it was a combination of stress and poor diet. I mean with all the pizza, chicken wings, fried foods and what not, it was no wonder I was getting constant headaches. As soon as I took sugar and high sodium foods out of my diet, the headaches basically went away! I still love hanging around the house with the perfect temperature control settings, but my headaches are more rare with a healthy diet these days and I hope I can keep things that way.
