Earlier this year, I accepted a new position as a SEO executive for a major firm in the country… I wasn’t sure if I would get the position, so I was shocked when I was contacted for the interview, everything went well with the interview, and I knew that I had the task, however about more than one weeks after the interview, the HR director from the supplier contacted me and made an offer, and what I didn’t expect was that the position was in another state. Apparently, the supplier decided to take the position in a peculiar direction. At first, I hesitated to say yup to the position because one thing I dislike is to move out of state. Well, after voicing our problem about relocating, the HR assured me that it would be a smooth process; She mentioned that they would provide corporate housing until I found a permanent venue to live; Corporate housing allows supplier travelers the benefits of living in a space that doesn’t interrupt their lives too much, but the corporate rentals are usually fully furnished, and they offer wonderful amenities. And best of all, they do suppose like house away from home. After learning about the corporate rental and the relocation package that the supplier offered, I decided to accept the position. The corporate housing made the transition into the new state easier than I expected, plus, area of the deal was that the supplier would cover the cost of the corporate rental until I found a permanent home. I am still in the process of searching for a home, and as much as I love this rental, I am hoping to find something soon.
