Thankfully, it happened in the middle of the Summer, so it wasn’t too bad, and anyway, after the plumber installed the current unit, he gave my landlord directions on how to perform a yearly repair on the tepid water heater.
I am particularly wonderful about paying attention the weird appliances in my home… For instance, when the dishwasher broke, I right away contacted my landlord to have it repaired, and i also change the air filter to my cooling system every 3 months, but however, a water oil furnace is not an unit that I suppose about. In fact, I didn’t realize that I should be performing repair on a water heater, similar to what all of us do for Heating plus A/C systems. It is suggested that all of us perform service on a tepid water oil furnace at least once per year, this will extend the life of the unit and make it more energy efficient, then well, I have lived in my condo for about 3 years now, plus my landlord has never maintained the unit, and so, when it malfunctioned it shouldn’t have been a surprise to him. He contacted a plumber because he assumed that he could get it repaired. Unfortunately, the plumber was unable to repair the unit. Instead, my landlord had to purchase a brand current tepid water oil furnace plus had the plumber install it. The entire process took many afternoons to get resolved. So, I didn’t have tepid water for almost many afternoons. Thankfully, it happened in the middle of the Summer, so it wasn’t too bad, and anyway, after the plumber installed the current unit, he gave my landlord directions on how to perform a yearly repair on the tepid water heater. The wonderful thing is, no plumber is needed to perform the service. It can be done by my landlord. I hope that he does perform the yearly service on the tepid water oil furnace because it will help to extend the life of the equipment.
