Shortly after moving into our new home, I was surprised with how hospitable the neighbors were. They invited us over to their home for dinner almost immediately. They said since we were busy moving all our things in the house, we shouldn’t have to worry too much about what we were having for dinner, so they would provide us with a nice meal. They made enough food for all our children too and even included dessert. I remember the first thing I noticed when walking into their home was the pleasant temperature control settings. We actually moved in right before winter and it was pretty chilly outside, but their heating system was phenomenal. It took me a minute before realizing that the heating was actually coming from the floors. I ended up asking them if they had radiant heated floors which they did. I was dead serious about it and I wanted to replace the old heater system in our home before the winter officially started. I was so happy when I was able to make arrangements with the local contractor and even though it was late in the season, they agreed to take care of the new heating installation for us. We have since invited our neighbors over to our home for dinner as well, and we have been getting along splendidly. They of course congratulated us on our new radiant heated floors and they also said we have a nice fireplace.
