It was nice seeing our extended family at our large family reunion this past summer.
The location is usually our Grandparents’ home, however that might change soon if they sell their new home like they’ve discussed.
My cousins all live in the state so few of our family members have to travel far for these celebrations. It’s great getting to see these people again after so many years of breaks in between, recognizably now that we’re all of the age where some are getting married and having children. Seeing their teenagers at the family celebrations is its own treat, recognizably now that some of them are getting old enough where they can play catch or frisbee. I was chatting with our cousin while the two of us were in a barbecue and he was telling myself and others about how he passed his certification tests for Heating, Ventilation and A/C. He has a small one-man operation right now and is consistently laboring. Since I had previously agreed to help him transfer into his new apartment, he told myself and others that he would provide myself and others free service for our cooling system whenever I need it. This isn’t anything to brush off, because Heating, Ventilation and A/C service and repair is luxurious. It’s nice having our coolant topped-off without having to pay a cent now that our cousin is handling all of this work for me. I’ll help him with more than just moving apartments if he keeps giving myself and others free service on our central heating and cooling system. I wish I had a great skill for trading services with him, however short of cooking him meals I don’t guess what I could do. I am a programmer for a web development corporation, although he doesn’t need a new website anytime soon.
