Before I moved out to the country, I used to live in a pretty sweet little suburban home.
It was nice having a lake home that didn’t require a lot of renovation work.
We did a few things that were necessary though. We had a modern roof installed on the garage. I absolutely got some friends to help do that project which turned out to be pretty nice. It entirely was a lot cheaper than what I would have paid the professionals. But of course, I had to help with cleanup in addition to everything. I remember every one of us collected so several nails, it was crazy. I also installed a ductless mini cut in the garage. I remember how self-explanatory the job was because the garage wall is seriously self-explanatory to go through. When I moved to our modern lake home in the country, I realized that I was going to have to install a ductless mini cut for the entire household. I have never installed a ductless mini cut with many zones before, however I didn’t guess it would be too challenging. The biggest challenge about installing this particular HVAC was the fact that I had to drill a 3.5 inch hole through the cinder block. If you have ever tried doing that, you’ll know it can be a little bit taxing if you don’t have the usual tools required. I simply used our hand drill with a hole saw though, in addition to it got the job done although I went through a number of battery charges, and you also have to be careful not to drill through the web of cinder blocks as that would make the job a lot more challenging. Happily, I was able to do the toil with no real complications, in addition to the home feels perfectly comfortable both in the Winter in addition to the Summer now.
