Even before COVID-19 was a thing, I had been attempting to convince my husband to install a whole-house air purification system.
He never could comprehend how he could justify the expense of an air purification system.
He stated that it was an additional air filter in the system. It would be the same if they could install HEPA air filters in our furnace and air conditioning unit, but nobody wanted to do that. He reported that they informed him that our HVAC system was too old and that a HEPA air filter would not fit. If air purification was so desirable, why wasn’t it pre-installed in all heating and cooling systems? My roommate and I did not have air purification pre-installed in our heating and cooling system, despite the fact that I believed what he said about it being pre-installed. His welder did not come with a helmet, so he purchased one separately. What is the distinction? The air purification system was an accessory that could have saved me a great deal of suffering during the COVID-19 outbreak. I was always distressed about my husband and children contracting the virus and dying on me. I was upset that I would receive it and that I would be absent from my children’s lives. He went out and purchased a portable media air cleaner for me. I shook my head and then informed him that it was too little, too late. He apologized and stated that he would look into purchasing a whole-house air purification system as soon as my friend and I received additional funds. My companion and I would have to wait a little longer so that he could save money.
