My friends always wanted me to come out on the weekend but I used to spend a lot of my weekends unpacking when I moved into a new apartment.
I only became aware that I had too much stuff when I began the process of unpacking, and that I would have to get rid of some of it.
There were some things that I had specifically put in a donate box and some other things that I put in a box to sell when I was moving and packing everything in the boxes. I wanted to get rid of something because I had too many things. While I was packing, I realized I had lost my ductless mini split air conditioning system. This is very disappointing because I had specifically purchased this to replace my window air conditioning system because ductless mini split AC systems are nicer than window air conditioning systems, and I always leave the AC system in the window running in the morning to let in some cool air. When I first began unpacking, that was one of the things I wanted to do, but I couldn’t find it! I spent the entire day searching through boxes for something, but I couldn’t find it, and I was really worried that I had misplaced it. To discover that I had forgotten the box, which, of course, was the box that it was in, was a rude awakening. Simply put, I was happy to get it back. Once more, I can enjoy the cool air. Nothing beats a nice cool breeze from the window air conditioner!
