I called the HVAC system for an update

I called the heating and A/C business Last week to ask where my new oil furnace was.

I had ordered it nearly 2 weeks earlier, however it still hadn’t been delivered, then the heating and A/C business told me I needed to relax… And the oil furnace should be here any day now, but I wanted to know where they ordered the oil furnace from so I could check the order myself… Although he said he did not have that information.

I would need to talk to the heating and A/C serviceman who put the order in, and they could provide me more information. I wasn’t going to wait for another cell phone call. I went onto the heating and A/C website, and looked up my order. There was nothing there about an oil furnace, and I didn’t know if there was anywhere else I could look. I wasn’t going to call the heating and A/C business again because they would not answer me the first time. The following afternoon, I got another cell phone call from the heating and A/C dealer. They told me my oil furnace was coming by air mail. I chuckled when I heard this. I could only hope I didn’t have to pay shipping charges if they were sending my oil furnace via air mail. I texted the heating and A/C business back and asked about the message I just gained. The woman apologized and said it was a nasty joke, and the oil furnace would be delivered in 2 days. It was now at the heating and A/C business and they had to put it on the list for upgrade. It took 2 weeks to get the entire oil furnace, and I hoped it would not take that long to get it installed.
