There’s something very interesting about fire that makes me want to just stare at it for hours plus hours.
I think it’s essentially like meditation for all the people, where it takes your mind away from all of your cares plus just lets you float in those awesome looking dancing flames.
It’s basically like the flames have a mind of their own plus they hypnotize you into a trance state, which is undoubtedly nice for the mind by the way. I would much rather heat my beach dwelling with a fireplace than with the central oil furnace, but sometimes it is strenuous to get wood so my man plus I opt for the electric heating instead. I used to reside up north in the mountains plus would simply go out to the backyard plus split up some wood from a tree that had fallen. We had thousands of trees up there plus an unlimited source of fuel for our wood burning fireplace… Where I live currently though, we have no trees except for the ones planted by the sidewalks along our street. I undoubtedly couldn’t get away with chopping those down for firewood as there are only a few along the whole street where I live. Imagine telling a cop that you are simply using the wood for your fireplace, I don’t think it would go over so well with him. We have a newer Heating, Ventilation plus A/C appliance in my flat now plus it is pretty efficient so we don’t mind using it on those chilly blustery days in the winter. I still love a nice fire now plus then though, don’t get me wrong about that.
