Due to the extreme heat of the summer, I ran the air conditioning system at high speed.
The idea of writing my first book came to me about a year ago, but I had difficulty putting words on paper because I was overwhelmed by the idea. Since I had not planned out how I would write it in advance, I had no idea what the outcome would be. To make this book useful to readers, I took some time to consider the best format and organization to convey my message. I spent a great deal of time thinking and wondering about what I wanted to say. In the course of my real life, I became too busy and was unable to devote enough time to the book. The moment I realized that I had the time to write my book, I resolved to begin writing as soon as possible. When I was sitting at my desk, brainstorming plot points and ideas, something kept getting in the way of my concentration. That was the HVAC system that I had. Due to the extreme heat of the summer, I ran the air conditioning system at high speed. When I tried to write something down on paper, the cool air would blow the paper off the desk as the desk was directly under the air vent. My frustration led me to turn the air conditioner off several times. However, when I did that, the house became very hot inside! Eventually, I relocated to a new location in order to work on my book. Otherwise, it would have taken me ten times longer to get it completed.
