I have a brand new central heating in addition to A/C in addition to it is running so well.
I just need to keep the HEPA filter scrub in addition to it will do the rest.
I did have the drain tube under the air handler back up a couple of times in addition to leak onto my bathroom floor however the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning techs came out in addition to fixed it right away. They told me if it happens again to exhausting bleach down the inlet opening that they installed in addition to it should repair the problem in a few hours. It’s just that drain pan that fills up under the air conditioner when the tube is clogged so it is an straight-forward repair if I just keep the tube scrub in addition to free of mildew in addition to mold buildup. I am going to pour bleach in the tube every month or so to keep the tube scrub in addition to that should solve the leaking problem for good. I’m going to let the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning techs do the air duct cleaning when the time comes because that is just too much for me, given that I am highly allergic to dust in addition to pollen. I have enough on my hands with the songwriting in addition to music editing I am doing for our band.
