Being in denial about how bad my business needed new cooling equipment

When the following air conditioning expert gave me the same depressing news, I had already resigned myself to that fate

I started a restaurant two years ago where I included authentic dishes native to my hometown on the menu as a tribute to my heritage. I recently had problems with the air conditioning installation at the restaurant and called in for air conditioning repair. I also had them install a new thermostat and the air conditioning filter replaced, but days later, I could still feel the was a problem with the cooling. The air quality was good, and I even had customers comment on how the restaurant air felt different and fresher. At least the filter was doing an impeccable job, but the rest not so much. I called another cooling specialist to come and inspect the air conditioning unit, and he was kind enough to agree to go after our working hours. Part of me knew the problem, but I was still hoping for a different opinion. The last a/c rep had told me that I would not achieve the desired indoor comfort as much as the cooling equipment would continue working. It is because the unit was old and needed replacement. I had even started looking at different cooling products using the latest cooling technology, but the price would leave a big dent in my bank account. Even though business was doing good, I was not sure investing that much money in the ac was a good idea. Through my research, I learned more about air conditioning, and I was sure no amount of air conditioning tune-up would help. When the following air conditioning expert gave me the same depressing news, I had already resigned myself to that fate. I made arrangements with the air conditioning business to install a new heat pump.
