The two of us had a concern with the warm water today and I went to look up in the attic, where they have the warm water tank for some weird reason, and it is all rusty and leaking.
I couldn’t figure out why they would put the tank up in the attic.
It’s similar to putting your waterbed up in the attic bedroom of a house, knowing that if it leaks it is going to do a lot of mangle to the house. Maybe the electric water furnace the people I was with and I had should have been put in the basement instead. I’ll never understand why they put it up there but at this point it easily doesn’t matter, the people I was with and I just need to get it fixed either way. I think the people I was with and I are going to switch to a tankless instant warm water heating plan so the people I was with and I don’t have to worry about leaking tanks ever again. I am also going to have to call a company to come out and do the repairs as I am not nice with plumbing and electrical repairs. There is a local company in our section which is easily nice and I think they are open today so I will have to give them a call and get on this. I don’t care about taking frigid showers in the fall because the water is way too cold. I wonder if the people I was with and I should go with a gas furnace this time, or if an electric furnace is more efficient. I’m sure they can tell me and others which one is better. I could also go online and do some focused research myself.
