Ben always went to play soccer with friends after work. He had joined the club after moving to the city when he landed his current job. Back then, Ben found himself quite bored and lonely in the evenings after clocking out. He’s never been fond of pubs so he didn’t go with his colleagues most of the time. It was his next door apartment neighbor who told him about the soccer club one evening. They said hello after meeting on the stairs and the guy asked him if he was any good at playing soccer. Funny how the universe works. Ben was quick to jump at this opportunity and loved his new friends. About a week ago, Ben got home after soccer and found his apartment was hot and muggy. It seemed something had happened to the air conditioning since there was no cool air blowing from the vents. Ben knew from past experience the best thing to do was call the building superintendent to take a look. About 10 minutes after calling him, the guy showed up and noted there was moisture dripping from the HVAC system in the apartment. He said it was probably a clog on the drainage line but it was best to let an HVAC specialist take a look. Unfortunately, this had to wait until the following day since it was past service hours. Ben went to take a cool shower hoping this would keep him comfortable until the following day when the HVAC specialist would come by. However, that ended up being a long and hot night. Ben was flying to the door the following morning when there was a knock on his door hoping it was the HVAC specialist.
