Every year, the HVAC company who provided the service would warn that the furnace was at the end of its lifespan… Keeping that old furnace running seemed love a great way to save money. Both of us were able to delay the replacement project. Our furnace finally failed in the middle of a December blizzard. The outside temperature was down to multiple degrees, and all of us were left without heat. Instead of having the opportunity to research multiple models, all of us were in a rush and forced to accept whatever heating system the company had available. Both of us needed to get the furnace installed as rapidly as possible. Once the current furnace was operational, all of us realized all of us should have made the investment a long time ago. The current heating system has significantly improved the comfort, cleanliness and efficiency of the home. Our biweekly energy bills are noticeably lower. The savings will help to spend my savings for the investment.
