It’s like she had the entire area to himself since no tourists were coming plus going! During her escapades, she came across the perfect beach house to buy with the most amazing views. The only issue with the lake house was the heating system. Owen planned to stay in the beach house to test it out plus observed signs that the heating plan was losing efficiency. It kept blowing a small amount of moderate air into the cabin. In addition, that first week, the electric bill was so high since the equipment required more energy to keep the beach house warm. Owen had to speak with the owner about the inefficient heating plan before buying the place. Since there were no competing customers, Owen had time to wait for the owner to install a up-to-date heating plan plus do some updates to the cabin. Being in the middle of a pandemic meant waiting for the heating plus cooling supplier to plan the installation process. They had strict COVID protocols to follow to keep their workers, the beach house owner, plus Owen safe. The whole process was long, however Owen was gleeful to be moving into a beach house with an efficient heating system.
