The other weekend while I was outside mowing my lawn, I noticed that the central heating and air conditioning system was leaking! I could not tell at first if it was freon or just water from the heat and a/c unit being on a lot lately.
Regardless, I did not want to take any chances, so I called the local heating and cooling company to schedule them to send out a certified heating and air conditioning specialist to patch up the leak of my central heat and a/c system unit.
It did not cost as much as I was thinking it was going to thankfully. And it turned out that it was a freon leak. So it was a very good thing I took the initiative to call the local heat and a/c company to have one of their heating and air conditioning workers patch up this leak in my central HVAC unit. It is always good to keep an eye on your central heating and air conditioning system. Keeping up with HVAC maintenance sometimes can be hard, but it is also essential that you do it to save yourself thousands of dollars in the end. When you do not keep up with the maintenance of your central heating and air conditioning system your HVAC unit will die a lot quicker forcing you to buy or invest in a brand new heat and a/c unit! I know I would not want that to happen and neither should you. So keep up with your heat and a/c maintenance and you will feel better about it.
