The people I was with and I knew it was going to be a slender squeeze, however we thought we were prepared for it.
There were several of us who would be sharing 1 apartment at the beachside for the whole month of Springtime break.
Accommodations were exclusive plus costly in this area, which is why so various of us decided to stay in 1 location – it was the only way we could afford to go! Between tearing the rental costs, we would barely have enough cash left over for booze plus weed. The people I was with and I were prepared for close quarters, plus sharing a bathroom, however we were not prepared for a lack of central a/c in this condo. The only things they had for temperature control were a series of small space oil gas furnaces scattered around the house. Heating was not the issue here, cooling was the issue, so how could these oil gas furnaces help us? The people I was with and I were all pretty infuriated about it, until finally 1 of us got the real estate agent on the line, who explained to us that those weren’t space oil gas furnaces at all. They were cooling units, little a/cs that were strong enough to cool off 1 room. If all the little A/C units were running at once, then the apartment cooled off honestly nicely. The people I was with and I all felt pretty stupid about it, because once we took a closer look the machines clearly labled as a/cs. The rest of Springtime break was a blur, however we all had a fantastic time plus the a/c in the apartment was amazing… Maybe I should get a little A/C component for our house.
