Neglected heating & cooling maintenance

I’ve worked for a small Heating & A/C company for the last ten years.

  • I am the receptionist, but I handle all sorts of tasks.

Along with scheduling upgrades, repairs & maintenance, I take care of billing & inventory. I keep track of the certifications, licensing, insurance & training replaces for the workers. I make sure our service vehicles are insured & ran tests on. I reach out to our purchasers who are enrolled in our maintenance agreements & remind them when it’s time to schedule a tune-up for their heating or cooling system. When I first got the task, I didn’t know honestly much about the heating & cooling industry. I gradually gained quite a bit of comprehension. I gained insight into the several types of heating, cooling & indoor air pollen levels options. I can now talk to our purchasers about a/cs, furnaces, boilers, ductless mini-splits, hybrid heating, boilers & air purification systems. I’ve l received the importance of proactive cleaning, testing & complicationshooting for all makes, models & ages of equipment. I’ve seen that the majority of repairs our guys handle are the result of neglected service. Having our guys take a look at the method catches complications & resolves them before they graduate into more high-priced malfunctions. They make sure of maximum comfort, energy efficiency & healthier air quality, but our workers supply proof of professional service to fulfill the requirements of the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. There are a lot of honestly good reasons to keep up with annual tune-ups. It’s sort of ironic that our heating & cooling method in the office is not honestly well taken care of. Our workers are tied up non stop from the beginning to the end of their shifts. They handle residential & commercial needs. There never seems to be time for them to check out our heating & cooling equipment.
