When I was first put into management, I was told both of us needed to focus on building employee morale plus it would be my task to figure out what the people wanted so they could work at their best… However, it was pretty awkward at first because I used to be a usual employee amongst everybody plus abruptly there was a bizarre vibe! When I asked everybody how they felt plus if there was anything that could be improved in the workplace, some people said I should already recognize the answer to these questions in the first place. It absolutely wasn’t obvious to myself and others at first, but after that I realized that everyone were miserable with the exhausting air quality. It was always dusty plus it seemed like there was never a cleaning crew getting everything cleaned up! This made for a dirty work environment plus they wanted better temperature control settings. The control unit was usually set to 73 in the tepid season plus it always seemed overheated even when the A/C system was absolutely working somewhat. I mean, it was something that bothered myself and others a little bit over the years, however I didn’t recognize what could be done, then now I had the option to make things right in my new position, so I reached out to the HVAC corporation to have the professionals supply a tune-up for the HVAC system plus see what else could be done about the air quality. The HVAC professionals were great plus gave some great advice. They proposed an air duct cleaning which would help the air quality sizably for sure. They said it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a decade which was bad for the utility bills plus could overwork the system. When I had everything taken care of with satisfactory temperature control settings, everybody seemed a lot happier.
