That was a month ago, and ever since my boss has been so very obsessed with corporation cleaning services.
Last year was certainly crazy! I was at job on a normal Sunday day, when I heard a loud noise coming from down the hall. I left my job cubicle and followed the noise. It turns out a person had accidentally let a skunk in the supplier building! People were having panic attacks and trying their best not to spook the skunk for the fear that it would spray in my face. My boss eventually tackled the skunk with a box, but that scared the damn skunk and sprayed everywhere! Watching my boss wrestle a damn skunk on the floor while getting sprayed was a sight to behold. My coworkers were still having panic attacks in the background and it was just craziness…Looking back, now it’s hilarious, but not so much then. Every one of us had to leave the building and go home for the day. My boss never smelled the same after that. That was a month ago, and ever since my boss has been so very obsessed with corporation cleaning services. He really has several janitorial companies come out twice a month for a great cleaning. I’m sure the office cleaning companies will have memorized his number by now. On the plus side the office cleanings make sure our job environment is properly deep cleaned which makes myself and others job a lot better in such a disinfect job setting; Sadly, even with all of the cleaning products they’ve used, there is still a subtle skunk smell left behind, much to my boss’ unhappiness. I don’t guess if they’re ever really going to be able to get rid of that smell.
