There is this warehouse in neighborhood that has been here for years, plus I have regularly been interested as to what definitely gets stored there.
So finally my curiosity got the better of me plus I decided to do some research to find out the truth about this warehouse.
Was it legal? Was it illegal? Was it illegal drugs maybe? None of the above! It turned out to be certainly legal plus is owned by one of the local heating plus a/c suppliers in our city that has been in supplier for years. The warehouse stores all of their overstock of heating plus a/c equipment. This is the HVAC component that they usually sell in wholesale to independent heat plus a/c suppliers plus major heating plus a/c companies for dirt cheap prices. Then of course, the independent heat plus a/c specialists plus the heating plus a/c companies make a killing on the profits for them charging full market price for central heat plus a/c units, HVAC motors, portable air purification systems, whole house air purification systems, portable space heaters, portable cooling system units plus much more! All these years this is what has been going on in this warehouse. And to think all of us all thought that it was some kind of illegal drug storage or something. I guess all of us watch too numerous TV shows plus stuff. I entirely was not expecting this to be the warehouse of a heating plus cooling supplier! Especially a big one!
