When my partner plus I first saw the new lake house the people I was with and I wanted to purchase, the fireplace evoked pleasant memories from my childhood.
I always appreciated spending time around the fireplace when I was a youngster spending time with cousins at my Grandparents’ home.
There was also a television in there plus the people I was with and I would watch films or tv from time to time while enjoying the warmth from the fireplace at the same time. I remembered how they would always hire a chimney sweep every year to keep the fireplace ran tests on, plus that is great that I remember things like that. I knew that when the people I was with and I bought this home, I would have to maintain the fireplace plus keep up with the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system as well… Given, it was an aged Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. There was an aged oil gas furnace that needed to be refilled consistently plus there was a truly aged cooling system. After the first year plus seeing how extravagant the energy costs were, I decided to have the entire Heating, Ventilation & A/C system updated. I really ended up going for a ductless mini split because I heard how energy efficient these systems happen to be. Well, what I was told was common because I was in disbelief when I saw how much money the people I was with and I were saving on the energy costs. The two of us have been enjoying the air conditioning in the summer time plus it has been harshly comfortable. The two of us don’t have to worry about too much humidity in the lake house any longer plus the people I was with and I are not even using a dehumidifier. The ductless mini split works perfectly for removing the humidity from the air.
