The bar owner at my favorite joint has been giving me a bunch of drinks on the home lately.

It was entirely something he was skeptical about at first. I told him that he should upgrade his old programmable thermostat to a smart thermostat. This is sincerely one of the best energy saving tips because you save up to 15% on your utility bills simply because of how the smart thermostat works… You’d be amazed with how much your utility bills will drop, & these are exactly the things I told the bar owner. I even put a bet down on the table. I told him I bet him 50 bucks that he would be thankful that he made the straight-forward upgrade & I would even pay for the thermostat if he didn’t like it. And it legitimately is straight-forward, because all you have to do is buy a smart thermostat either from the Heating & A/C supplier or some sort of online Heating & A/C store. Then you simply take a picture of all the wires with the old thermostat so you can identify everything. Then you just match all the appropriate wires to the new smart thermostat, being certain you have all the wires labeled. Well, he didn’t have any trouble replacing the old thermostat. He didn’t need to hire some Heating & A/C professional or anything… Now he has been talking about the thing non-stop. He tells me how much he enjoys the smart app & how he can remote control his plan from somewhere. He also enjoys that he didn’t have to reprogram the thermostat, as it l earned his favorite settings automatically. Now I’m getting free drinks & not to mention that 50 bucks!
