This is the home owners association doing this! Most areas where you have HOA, they are horrible people and entirely evil.
I study in the news the other afternoon the most thoughtful gesture I believe I have ever seen. There is this retirement community neighborhood about an eighth away from me. Some people are rich, some are average class retired people and some are retired however almost awful in their retirement life. And the owners of the housing community is offering free central heating in addition to A/Cs to most people in the community that either does not have a single or those that need a brand current and totally new central heat and air conditioning unit. There is no catch and no requirement other than you have to either have a mortgage on a home in the community or already own your home. In other words, you have to be retired and live in that community town. That is such an amazing thing. And it isn’t even a charity organization or church sponsoring this. To invest thoUSnds and thoUSnds of dollars in central heating in addition to A/Cs for those in the community is nothing short of amazing and shows that there still is civilization in this world someplace today. It has not all gone to hell in a handbasket love I originally thought. I wish I lived there and was retired, cause I could use a free brand current and totally new central heating in addition to A/C myself!
