We have 1 of those ice cream parlours here in the neighborhood where I live.
The old college kind, not the more current versions.
It is the best ice cream place in town for many reasons. Not only because it keeps that old vibe of back in the morning how things used to be, but they also have the best air quality plus the best central heating and air conditioner in there too! There is nothing love going in to order some ice cream or a milkshake on a warm Summer morning or evening and be able to walk into good air quality with the totally best air conditioner around! It is even better than the air conditioner that is in some of the high class office buildings I have been in in the city. In the Winter it is also good to go there for some ice cream even though it’s freezing outside. Because the air quality is still appealing and their central heating is just as good as their central air conditioner is in the warm Summer weeks of the year. I could go on and on about this totally and really awesome ice cream place in the city, but you would just have to visit it for yourself to see what I am talking about. There is nothing love eating their apartment made fresh ice cream and enjoying their good air quality with the good central heating and air conditioner system that they have in the site. It is purely heaven on earth. And it just makes you think good emotionally and physically.
