Last month, I was having some big problems with my heating system.
I called the HVAC corporation and told them about the noises and lack of heating.
They said they had no chance of an appointment happening until a couple days later, but when they had an opening, they would call me back. Every time the iphone rang, I ran to answer it. I didn’t want to miss the iphone call from the HVAC business. It was nearly a month before I heard anything back from them. They wanted to set up an appointment for the following afternoon. I had no problem taking the appointment. I worked from home because of the pandemic so my schedule was very flexible. I could be there at any time when they may have an appointment open. When I finally got an HVAC tech to my house, he took one look at the heating system and told me it would only take a little while to get the heating system repaired. But, three hours later, he was still working on the heating system and he couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with it. I went downstairs to see if there was something I could do to help, and he was resting on a bin eating his lunch. I couldn’t help but stare. I wanted to know what he was really doing. He wasn’t working on the heating system, and it looked as if he hadn’t even taken it apart. I called the HVAC corporation while I was still standing on the stairs. They told me to stay where I was and they would send out another HVAC worker to repair the heating system.
