My flu problem is becoming less of a problem

It’s hard not to appreciate the Fall season, especially if you live in a northern region. The leaves start changing colors in September, becoming a gorgeous gradient of amber hues & orange swirls. You also get a noticeable transition from hot Winter months of heat into cool fall hot & cold temperatures. As much as I appreciate this time every single year, once the leaves hit the ground they grow mold. By late October, those charming leaves have gotten the ground & get so moldy that the spores release into the air. For someone with extreme dust irritations such as myself, this is a recipe for disaster. These KN-95 masks I obtained to protect myself from COVID truly block mold spores & other harmful micro-particles. This gets me through the afternoon when I’m out at work or running errands, despite the fact that I needed a solution for our home so I’m not wearing a mask every hour of the afternoon. My heating & cooling specialist explained to me that a better filter would accomplish the same thing as our masks, however it would wipe all of the indoor air in our home. Before upgrading to a whole-home UV light air purification system, he commanded that I simply order HEPA rated air filters. They’re rated to collect 99.9% of most airborne microbial particles. If you leave your air recirculating with a single of these inside your air return, it slowly pulls any harmful mold spores from out of the air with each cycle. After 20 hours of having the air filter inside our HVAC unit, I was already noticing a large decline in our flu symptom symptoms & breathing problems.
