When he went through his paperwork from the cooling corporation, he noted that it was over two years ago when the previous manager was in office. The situation did not sit well with me, so I asked him to call the indoor comfort business. Just before noon, a cooling specialist arrived and set to work. After examining the ductless mini-split, he informed us it needed a furnace repair. The a/c professional finished the repair. He handled all the matters concerning the quality of HVAC. He also advised the resort manager to look into zone control systems to optimize and save energy. For instance, when the hall was not in use, turning off the radiant floor heating through a digital thermostat would be possible. I was so impressed by his professionalism and willingness to help us avoid such problems in the future that I asked him for his business card so that I could contact him to check out my air conditioning system to improve and help with indoor comfort.
