I am slightly jealous of John on how easy it looks to remain calm, cool, as well as collected in some situations where the client or patron is out of line. I don’t really believe how he does it. The 1 unfortunate thing about us is that both of us argue a lot, as well as periodically it happens in front of our customers. It’s not a great look that could be detrimental to our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C business. I think that is the only time I see John losing his mind as well as maybe I’m a sizable concern with that. I should try to use more open dialogue with him as well as both of us should try as well as be better equipped emotionally in hard times when it comes to repairs. I say we, however in all actuality I mean me.
