I’m just waking up drinking my morning coffee and listening to the radio.
This isn’t a normal day because I’m preparing to have my ductwork cleaned today.
I’ve been meaning to have my ductwork cleaned for a while, but it seems like it’s just taking me forever to get around to making a heating and cooling appointment. I’m aware that calling the heating and air conditioning company to make an appointment only takes five minutes, and that doesn’t even count the numerous HVAC companies that offer online scheduling. Not because making a heating and cleaning appointment takes too much time. Since it always takes me a lot longer than I anticipate it taking me to do things involving heating and air conditioning, it just seems like I’m always busy doing something else. I suppose it’s because I don’t think my HVAC system is all that crucial. Even though I am aware that some people go above and beyond to take excellent care of their heating and cooling systems, I simply do not fit into this category. I’ll have to take care of my heating and cooling system if they malfunction, but if they don’t, I probably won’t do anything about it because I don’t really see the need to. Anything extra is, in my opinion, just money wasted that could have been used for something else. Don’t get me wrong, I adore my heating and cooling system, but I don’t take it too seriously. Which can be a problem if I wanted to have guests over. Thankfully, I never do so it’s on me if things break down.
