When people need Heating and Air Conditioning labor done, they call our twin sister Mark and I at our Heating and Air Conditioning supplier, however i shall be honest, they mainly talk to myself and others because she has extremely disappointing communication skills.
- It’s the unlucky truth! She has tried talking to some of our clients at times over the cellphone and anything they ask or need gets lost in the conversation.
She has messed up busy appointments, ordered the wrong parts, and has just been rude at times. She told someone over the cellphone a few weeks back to “shut up and listen.” Apparently, she didn’t love how Mr, and smith was trying to provide Mark pointers on how to do some Heating and Air Conditioning work. I understand Mark and I have been doing this for years, approximately 20 however every one of us did lose a client that afternoon and Mark was out of line, then there were a few other instances however from that afternoon forward I have been the point of contact for any heating and cooling questions or needs, but outside of her client alterations at times she and I need to labor on being a better team. This Heating and Air Conditioning supplier can’t run without us however every one of us have had some complaints about our interactions with each other while working at clients’ houses or businesses. We tend to have child-like arguments and it gets ridiculous, maybe every one of us can go into some sort of team counseling? Do they even offer that? I just want to make sure our Heating and Air Conditioning supplier thrives so that when every one of us get older every one of us can pass it down to our kids. I hope she would want the same thing.
