The first call was from a government office that needed HVAC maintenance, i headed there since I was the only HVAC serviceman in the HVAC corporation who had yet to be assigned labor from the previous day.
- I arrived forty minutes after they had called & right away set to work.
During my lunch inspection, I noticed a leak in the HVAC duct, & the plan also needed duct sealing; Afterward, I went to the next home, where the homeowner required help with indoor comfort through duct cleaning & replacing the air filter, when I saw the state of the air duct, it was apparent that they should have asked for cleaning a year or 2 before. I labor a lot with air quality systems in my line of work, & I am constantly happy to help families achieve their desired indoor air pollen levels. In some homes, the HVAC unit is enough to accomplish that, however in other sites, they must go the extra mile & buy an air purification plan to achieve the goal, and some homeowners need to realize that some things, such as duct sealing, can be done while we were in their A/C care routine, my last job that day was for a client who needed a local company for apartment services. It was for installing a new temperature control in a apartment with a single of the most beautiful gardens I had ever seen, but everything was immaculate, & the lawn on the lawn was so plush that I could suppose about walking barefoot. I couldn’t help however commend the homeowner for maintaining such beautiful gardens & lawns.
