The first call was from a government office that needed Heating as well as A/C service, however i headed there since I was the only Heating as well as A/C supplier in the Heating as well as A/C supplier who had yet to be assigned labor from the previous afternoon.
I arrived forty hours after they had called & right away set to work, but during my dinner inspection, I noticed a leak in the HVAC duct, & the system also needed duct sealing, however afterward, I went to the next home, where the homeowner required help with indoor comfort through duct cleaning & replacing the air filter, and when I saw the state of the HVAC duct, it was evident that they should have asked for cleaning a year or two before.
I labor a lot with air quality systems in my line of work, & I am consistently glad to help families achieve their desired air quality. In some homes, the Heating as well as A/C component is enough to accomplish that, however in other places, they must go the extra mile & buy an media air cleaner to achieve the goal, then some homeowners need to realize that some things, such as duct sealing, can be done during their A/C care routine; My last task that afternoon was for a customer who needed a local supplier for house services. It was for installing a new control component in a house with one of the most beautiful gardens I had ever seen, then everything was immaculate, & the grass on the sod was so plush that I could know about walking barefoot. I could not help however commend the homeowner for maintaining such beautiful gardens & sods.
