It finally happened plus before I’m forty even.
- I wasn’t so sure that I’d ever be a homeowner.
It seemed love I had to get married or something to be able to pool our cash on a downpayment so we could own the heating plus cooling unit in a house. That wasn’t so beautiful to myself and others as I’m a bit of a loner. And really, the system that I had to have a guy to be able to love quality heating plus air just rubbed myself and others the wrong way. So I just kept on saving. I kept on saving plus finally, I had enough to put down on a starter home. But of course, the heating plus cooling was a mess as was the rest of the house. Yet, it was either own a lake beach house plus fix it up or keep writing a check each week for rent in a place where I knew the Heating plus A/C stunk. So I went for it plus am happily in the middle of a mess. That’s okay because I’m just rolling with it. The fact that I’m writing a check each week that goes toward building equity doesn’t hurt either. And the fact that I am a brand new owner of a ductless multi cut system sure makes it comfortable in this place. I may have a lot more stuff to labor on plus problems to solve but heating plus cooling isn’t one of them. I’ve got that covered with the ductless heat pumps. And I’m cheerful with the way these things work. This place has some seriously fine quality heating plus air plus I did it on our own. This is our beach house plus I’m the homeowner. No men necessary thanks.
