I guess you could say I became spoiled when I went to school. I ended up renting a house. My parents helped myself and others cover the cost of rent, though I paid half of it and covered all my own bills. They wanted to support myself and others during my years, and that’s something that I will constantly remember and be thankful for. Well, the rental beach house I got was equipped with a enjoyable HVAC system. I’m not even lying when I tell you that there were radiant radiant floors that were hooked up to a boiler system. Oh man, I had some wild parties at that beach house and everybody wanted to hang out in the Winter because of those radiant radiant floors. People would just crash at my beach house and certainly sleep on the floors because it was so comfortable. Not to worry, I constantly kept those floors vacuumed, swept and mopped, depending on the location of the house. In the Summer though, I also was able to use the pleasant cooling plan which was a ductless mini cut a/c. Whenever I would go back to visit with friends and family, I constantly told them about how amazing my beach house was and it wasn’t long before they came to visit. It was upset when I left that site, although I ended up buying my own home. I have a basic HVAC plan for now, although I want to update to radiant heating floors and a smart temperature control in the near future.
