I guess you could say I became spoiled when I went to college. I ended up renting a house. My parents helped me cover the cost of rent, though I paid half of it and covered all my own bills. They wanted to support me while I was in my college years, and that’s something that I will typically remember and be thankful for. Well, the rental new home I got was equipped with a good Heating and Air Conditioning system. I’m not even lying when I tell you that there were radiant radiant floors that were hooked up to a boiler system. Oh man, I had some wild parties at that new home and everybody wanted to hang out in the Winter because of those radiant radiant floors. People would just crash at my new home and actually sleep on the floors because it was so comfortable. Not to worry, I typically kept those floors vacuumed, swept and mopped, depending on the location of the house. In the summer time though, I also was able to use the pleasant cooling system which was a ductless mini split a/c. Both Heating and Air Conditioning systems were equipped with smart temperature controls too, so I was able to attach to them with my phone and adjust the temperature control settings with the app, no matter where I was. That was a actually convenient feature. Whenever I would go back to visit with friends and family, I typically told them about how amazing my new home was and it wasn’t long before they came to visit. It was sad when I left that place, although I ended up buying my own home. I have a basic Heating and Air Conditioning system for now, although I want to update to radiant heating floors and a smart temperature control in the near future.
