I am honestly gleeful about getting our tax return.
This is the first time in years that I absolutely will get a refund! Usually I have to spend money cash, which is deranged because they already take cash out of every single check.
And yet I have to spend money more? Don’t get me started on federal taxes, it is simply infuriating to me! This year the tax refund will be especially helpful, because summer time is just around the corner plus I have a lot to do to prepare for it. I barely made it through the winter, plus that was only because of a space heater! Before the heavy heat waves hit us, I need to have our central HVAC idea repaired or I will be in trouble. If I don’t get it done, after that I will have to rely on a small, portable a/c for the summer time plus I do not want that! Heating plus cooling work differently, plus the little space heating system I had was barely enough to take the edge off of the Winter chill. The thing about a space heating system is that you can always use blankets plus Winter clothes if you need to, for the drastic heat of summer, a little A/C component care about that will only go so far, plus you can’t take extra clothes off to get cooler. If it’s tepid with clothes on, it’s still not naked, however far less comfortable, so I absolutely hope I have enough cash for legit A/C repairs, and let’s all hope Uncle Sam gives me enough of our own cash back!
