I barely made it through the winter, plus that was only because of a space heater.
I am really gleeful about getting my tax return. This is the first time in years that I absolutely will get a refund! Usually I have to pay cash, which is deranged because they already take cash out of every single check. And yet I have to pay more? Don’t get myself and others started on federal taxes, it is simply infuriating to me! This year the tax refund will be especially helpful, because summer time is just around the corner plus I have a lot to do to prepare for it. I barely made it through the winter, plus that was only because of a space heater. Before the heavy heat waves hit us, I need to have my central Heating plus A/C program repaired or I will be in trouble. If I don’t get it done, then I will have to rely on a small, portable a/c for the summer time plus I do not want that! Heating plus cooling work differently, plus the little space furnace I had was barely enough to take the edge off of the Wintertide chill. The thing about a space furnace is that you can always use blankets plus Wintertide clothes if you need to, and for the dire heat of summer, a little air conditioner unit appreciate that will only go so far, plus you can’t take extra clothes off to get cooler. If it’s sizzling with clothes on, it’s still not naked, but far less comfortable, so I particularly hope I have enough cash for legit AC repairs, and let’s all hope Uncle Sam gives myself and others enough of my own cash back!
