My fiance plus I had a bunch of birthday money come in plus we don’t assume what to use it for.
I am kind of leaning towards increasing the windows in our house.
I don’t like that the glass is fogged plus gross looking. I recognize the windows allow air to leak in plus that affects our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan plus utility bills. The windows look outdated plus take away from the apartment too. I also can’t even open them to let in a fresh breeze plus help our indoor air conditions. My fiance is pushing a new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan though. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C device is around 20 years outdated plus is a central method. The indoor device takes up so much space in the hallway closet. My fiance wants a ductless mini cut in every room of the apartment with a temperature control. All of us could have zone control plus free up that space in the house, however having set temperature zones would be cool. I could have A/C in the family room while I cook plus my fiance could enjoy heating in the living room. The numerous of us don’t even share a room because we have vastly different temperature needs. I assume we would enjoy our own device plus temperature control, however both the windows plus new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C machine work though. All of us don’t truly need to replace either. All of us just want to. Which 1 is the priority though? Either upgrade will lower our utility bills. The decor of our apartment will change quite a bit with the upgrade too. The costs are similar as well.
