When it comes to Heating and Cooling technicians, I have always been very happy with the service that I have received when I would schedule any kind of heating and cooling tune-up.
The appointments could be for anything really, I repair, an upgrade, or maybe just some tune-ups.
We really didn’t think too much of having a new business come over to service the heating AC system considering that the HVAC company that we normally go with had decided to raise their prices by 10%. We were looking to save money and this heating AC business had really good reviews and so we decided to give them a try. Boy what a mistake that was. When the heating and AC technician arrived at our home to perform the tune-ups. He acted completely unprofessional and didn’t even do anything to our HVAC system! He first just let himself right into our house because we happened to have the door unlocked. Then, I kid you not he helped himself to the snacks in our fridge! Then when he finally did get done eating his food and watching TV on our couch he went over to our HVAC unit, looked at it, gave it a couple of taps with a wrench, before telling us he had absolutely no clue how to fix it and then he just left! As I was witnessing all this my jaw was hitting the floor. I just could not believe this guy. I mean who does this!? I called the local heating and I saw business and complained and they told me they would send out a new person. Believe it or not, the new person wasn’t much better. While he was a professional, he did go straight to working on our heating and AC system. He admitted that he’d made a mistake and might have messed it up. That was the last time we went with this new heating and AC business.
