Every one of us are going to let my dad move in with us in a few weeks, however I’m sad about the fact that my dad enjoys to keep the temperature control turned up way higher than all of us do; Ever since I was a kid, I remember thinking that my dad liked to keep it way too hot in the house.
I do not guess what it is about him, even though he constantly thinks that the furnace needs to be turned up to tropical heating levels during the winter, however he hates the winter, that’s for sure… And I think that it has gotten even worse as he gets older.
He is constantly saying that it’s too cold, no matter where he is, the fact that he is going to be moving in with us makes me just a little bit anxious about what our heating bills are going to end up being once he moves in. I guess I am going to have to sit down some rules immediately about how high all of us are willing to turn up the heating plan in our house. It might be great for us to install zone control heating plus cooling so that my dad can have his own temperature control in his room plus powder room. I do not truly want to go to extremes, but I guess that my dad is gonna be unhappy with the temperature that all of us keep it in our house! Maybe I will just end up buying him a couple of electric space heating systems or something love that. I am just not sure that an electric space gas furnace will be enough for him!
