I know many people love it when winter is over.
They no longer have to walk around with layers of clothes on.
Plus, there was no more shoveling snow from the driveway every morning just to get to work. But, I’ve been dreading the end of winter since I was small. Spring meant the awakening of my allergies that I’d dealt with all my life. It was quite tough to go about my day, and at times I’d take my leave from work when the allergies got too severe. Last spring, however, I was in for a surprise. I have a great boss, and she called me into her office one morning. I knew her daughter also suffered from allergies, and she told me they’d gotten a new air purification system. After consulting with a new AC business in their area, my boss had agreed to test out an air purification system they had. The AC business owner gave her a discount, and she got two. One for her daughter and the other one for me to try. Her daughter was already feeling much better with the air purification all set up in their home. I was thankful to my boss for the thoughtful gift and managed to get an AC expert to come set it up. It was like breathing fresh air after such a long time. The unit did wonders to the air quality in my home, and I knew my boss had blessed me. We even had an air purification system set up in our department at work, and life was better every spring after that.
