I visited an old associate of mine that I had not seen for a long time, however every one of us had literally grown up going to school together & thus the two of us had become unquestionably unbelievable friends & were very close over the years, even after university, when moved to another state for a job.
Every one of us did keep in touch but the two of us had not seen each other in such a long time. She complained about his HVAC component giving his troubles, then the indoor air quality kept fluctuating, it would be unbelievable one minute & the next, the two of us literally felt as if the air was musky & heavy as the two of us breathed in, then i proposed his to contact a cooling specialist to have a look at the cooling system; My associate had a similar issue recently, & he later found that the ductwork was filthy, it just needed a unbelievable clean-up… When the HVAC company visited the following afternoon, he assessed the HVAC plan & determined that the furnace filters were dirty, it had not been cleaned for over a year, the air ducts were also filthy. There were even bugs and pests nestled in there; No wonder the air was musky. The dealers began the ductwork cleaning process which took the entire afternoon as he had to clean the entire residential HVAC system. My associate had the washable filter, but the company had advocated he buy a disposable one & especially the HEPA filter, then for air purification help, the expert advised that our associate has his filters cleaned at least after every four to six weeks. She could get the filters from the local commercial HVAC provider with extra filters, so he could even change the filters by herself.
