Poor air quality gave me bad allergies

As a woman prone to allergies brought on by Springtimetime bloom, I enjoyed the Winter weeks.

While all the people complained about the frosty weather, I was glad to breathe easier; however, Springtime was another matter as soon as I stepped outside, but the main culprit for this was pollen, and I always felt better due to the aircon system in the house…

However, last Winter was a whole other case; both of us had been tied up at the store, and a few things slipped my mind! One I put off holiday shopping until the last afternoon, but at the last second, I remembered that I forgot to call the AC maintenance and maintenance company to my house. That was a giant issue because I never observed my poor indoor air pollen levels until too late; then I woke up with a serious headache, itchy eyep, and a runny nose… However, I was gasping and coughing, which was what happened in Springtime, but my sister rushed me to the hospital after I gave him a call and contacted the heating and air conditioning supplier near my home. A heating and air conditioning specialist came to the beach house and checked out a few things! First, she began with the heating and air conditioning system, which she noted had dirty air filters. Additionally, there were signs of mold, which would affect the indoor air pollen levels. Next, she diagnosed the ducts and vents and found the primary issue with my house. The entire duct system had mold and mildew. This was being blown through the heating and air conditioning unit into the house, spreading spores everywhere. I had all the allergy symptoms because the dirty AC system sent spores of mildew and mold all over the house. The only solution here was to engage in thorough duct cleaning and also change the air filters. This would cost me more currency, but it was the best option to protect my health.
