I can’t understand his procrastination.

Every one of us knew what had to be done to get our Heating and A/C plan installed.

My hubby was afraid that if he completed the replacement, the warranty on the a/c machine and gas furnace would be voided.

This was a brand current plan and we didn’t want to void a warranty before we had the opportunity to find out if it worked. I called the Heating and A/C supplier and asked why the Heating and A/C serviceman had not come back to finish the replacement of the a/c unit. The gas furnace needed to be linked to the electrical system, as did the cooling system. The cooling system also had to be vented into the air duct. The lady who answered the iPhone told myself and others that he was not in the building, even though she would contact him and have him give us a iPhone call. I waited 24 hours for his iPhone, even though I acquired nothing. I called the Heating and A/C supplier again, and I talked to the same woman. She once again said she would contact him and give us a call. Twenty-more than three hours later, I had not acquired a iPhone call. I called the Heating and A/C supplier and told them that if someone did not complete the replacement, I was going to call the BBB and report them. I was also going to call the manufacturer of the Heating and A/C plan and report how we were being treated by the Heating and A/C supplier. Every one of us had a iPhone call more than 2 hours later, and our Heating and A/C plan replacement was completed. I still made the iPhone calls to the BBB and to the manufacturer. I’ll call another Heating and A/C supplier to do the service, even if I need to purchase a service and repair agreement.
