My partner told myself and others he had left it up to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation to get us an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system for the house.
He said he would guess what would be best for the house, more than both of us did.
It isn’t that both of us didn’t consult with the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation. He asked us what both of us wanted in the house. I didn’t want a lot of ductwork in the house, although I didn’t want efficient heating & a/c. I also wanted something that was in the orange type & more energy efficient. I wanted to have a system that was environmentally friendly. My partner didn’t want a oil furnace that took up so much space in the basement that he could use it for a pool table & a bar. He wanted the basement to be the corporation area. Since it had its own entrance, & a full lavatory, both of us had a sofa picked out that went into a queen sized bed & the matching care about seat that could be used as a twin bed. Both of us put a lot of thought into our house, & I almost hated giving up my right to choose the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. Both of us had to have temperature controls in every room so both of us all had our own choice of heating or a/c, although I wanted to have control over the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system throughout the house, so I knew energy wasn’t being wasted. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation told us he had the perfect Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. He installed a ductless Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system throughout the house. I could still have my smart temperature control, & every room had its own heating & a/c. I was glad with the choice & how it looked in the house.
